The story behind Choladeck

I'm Guru, co-founder of Choladeck.

Choladeck started as a presentation design studio. For years, we designed presentations for clients of every size, from solo founders to Fortune 500 companies.

The same problem came up again and again. Teams were building presentations from scratch, every one looked different, and after all that time, the result often still fell short.

So we started designing custom templates for each company, built around its brand. On paper, that solved it.

In practice, it didn't. The templates ended up buried in shared drives. People couldn't find them, didn't know they existed, or found them hard to use. Something the company paid good money for became a file nobody opened.

We knew there had to be a better way: one place where every slide lives, already on brand, that anyone on the team can use. We looked for a tool that did this and couldn't find one.

So we built it ourselves. That's Choladeck.

We piloted it with a small group of companies first. Their teams spent far less time building presentations, and presentations from different departments finally looked like they came from one company. That gave people time back for the work that actually wins business.

Since then, Choladeck has grown to more than 25,000 users. Thank you to every one of you.
